Raw Material Testing
All raw materials undergo rigorous testing before production starts, checking for metal composition, special the % of copper. Only compliant materials are released for use, ensuring product quality from the beginning.
Blank Inspection
Forging part is the most important part for the forged brass products. Our forging workers has skillful expensive more than 10 years. And we have 2 QC staff to inspect the valve blank every 2 hours to gurantee the correct size and complete shape.
Finished Ball Valve Inspections
Surface quality inspection: Check the surface of the ball valve for obvious scratches, damage, oxidation, rust, etc. by visual observation. At the same time, the surface finish and processing accuracy of the accessories should also be checked.
Dimension Inspection
Use measuring tools such as micrometers, vernier calipers, outside diameter calipers, etc. to measure the diameter, height, wall thickness and other dimensions of the ball valve to ensure that they meet the standard requirements.
Hardness Inspection
Use hardness testing tools (such as Rockwell hardness tester, Vickers hardness tester) to check whether the hardness of the ball valve meets the standard requirements.
Sealing Inspection
Check whether the sealing of the ball valve meets the standard requirements through sealing tests (such as air tightness test, water tightness test).
Operational Performance Test
Detect the opening and closing torque of the ball valve, operational flexibility, and travel time from full open to full closed, etc.
Finished Ball Valve Leakage Test
Before packing, our workers will do the leakage test for the brass valve one by one, to ensure all of our valves are 100% no leakage and satisfied products.
Inspection Before and After Packing
Before and after packing, we have QC staff to do the Random inspection and double check again for the appearance for the brass ball valves. We are the eyes of our customers.
